I call Jeff my blessing that God sent our way. I have been trying to purchase my first home for 2 years. Finally last year I had a friend build a home for me, but couldn't get it financed. We went through 2 other finance brokers and no one could get me financed without a huge down payment, or for the amount I needed, or just couldn't make it happen for me. All I heard was "No!" I was heart broken and had given up but kept on fasting and praying. I wouldn't even look inside the house because I never thought it would be mine. Three months later Jeff called me and asked was I still interested. I told him no because no would finance me. He told me he could put me in that home. It turns out the builder had went to Jeff to sell the home when he couldn't get it to sell on his own and he gave Jeff my name and explained the situation to him. I was doubtful but I listened to Jeff and agreed to call his finance person (who turned out to be just as hardworking as he is) to see if I could get pre-approved. I also agreed to meet him with my husband to look over the home. My husband didn't want me to go because he didn't want me to be disappointed. When he met Jeff he was one of the most friendly and down home people you ever want to meet. I could see there was something different about him. There was, he worked and toiled with us and the finance people and a month later gave us the key to our NEW home!!! After thanking God for this blessing, I have to write this and let you know whatever the situation this man can help. Believe his slogan he can make it happen.
