Marketing your home…

Selling your home is more than a sign in your front yard.  We utilize every tool we can to market your home. We advertise in the following outlets:

1. My Home: This is published monthly and the Jeff Smith Team runs a three pages plus ads featuring new listings, resale homes, land and lots, commercial property and new subdivisions and the like. Alternately through out the year we are featured on the front cover of the publication.
2. The Real Estate Book: This is also a monthly publication featuring the very back page of the book so we can be seen.  We also have a home featured on the front cover occasionally throughout the year. Throughout the year we are also featured on the second page, inside cover for additional advertisements.
3. Realtor.com:  As a member we promote your home on the website so that it reaches the largest group of home seekers out there, on the World Wide Web!
4. JeffSmithSells.com: The team personal website in which we feature properties, new construction, new subdivisions, land, commercial property and the like. The website also features links to local information about the community, schools and activities to do in the area.
5. Brochure box w/the yard sign: The marketing team creates and designs flyers that are specific to your home. No generic flyers here! We use eye catching photographs of your home with details to entice a potential buyer to want to view your home.
6. Triangle Multiple Listing Service: This is a service available to realtors to market and search for homes within the triangle area.
7. Fayetteville Multiple Listing Service: This is a service available to realtors to market and search for homes within the triangle and Fayetteville area. We feel it is important to belong to both listing services so we can touch the broadest market.
